The program

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Keystone Solutions ("Keystone," "we," "us") SMS text messaging program, through which we send marketing and outreach messages to small trades and home-services businesses in Colorado about our marketing and AI services. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide to participate. By opting in, you represent that both are true.

How you join

You may be enrolled in this program by submitting your number through a Keystone form, replying to an outreach text, providing your number during a phone call, or another method where you clearly agree to receive texts from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Keystone service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Keystone Solutions. If we're actively in conversation about a project, you may receive several messages over a few weeks; general outreach messages are sent occasionally, not on a fixed schedule.

Cost of messages

Message and data rates may apply. Keystone Solutions does not charge for text messages sent or received through this program, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply, based on your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt back in. You can rejoin at any time using any of our normal opt-in methods.

Supported carriers

This program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage, delivery, and timing are not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier's network or your device.
